(Cedar City, UT) — A decorated Iron County deputy is facing charges for allegedly sharing confidential information. Deputy Kellen Hudson was charged Wednesday for unlawful use of county records. Hudson is accused of sharing personal information in the Utah Criminal Justice Information System about a man Hudson had questioned during a routine traffic stop. Iron County Sheriff Mark Gower says he is giving Hudson his full support and that Hudson is still on the job.
