(Cedar City, UT) — Illegal fish species have turned up in four Utah reservoirs, including two in Iron County. State wildlife officials say the presence of the fish is evidence of illegal dumping. Wildlife biologists have found non-native fish in Newcastle and Paragonah reservoirs in Iron County and in Yearns Reservoir in Sanpete County and Settlement Canyon Reservoir in Tooele County. State wildlife biologists say not only is dumping pet fish illegal, so is moving live fish from one body of water to another.
