Housing Market Booming in Sevier County

Demand for homes in Sevier County is on the rise according to a report by the Utah Association of Realtors.
The Association stated that home sales in Utah reached a new record with over 49,000 homes sold, breaking the previous record set in 2005.
The report states that sales in Sevier County rose 10.5 percent in 2016 placing it second only to Wasatch County(16%) in areas with the largest sales gains.
Home values also experienced a lift with prices increasing 15 percent for the average home in Sevier County.
