(Spanish Fork, UT) — The Utah Health Department is warning about toxic bacteria found at a popular tourist destination in Spanish Fork. The bacteria was detected around the pools of Fifth Water Hot Springs. The health department urges anyone who chooses to swim to keep their head above water and take a shower as soon as possible. Dogs should also be kept away from the water.
