One person is dead and three more are injured after a head on collision in Wayne County. The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. Oct. 19 on SR-24 near mile post 119. According to reports, a Buick LeSabre drifted across the center line and collided with an oncoming Hyundai Santa Fe. Utah Highway Patrol spokesman Chris Bishop shared that the driver of the Buick was killed and three occupants of the Hyundai were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
