Former UTA Board Member Indicted For Allegedly Concealing Assets

(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  Federal prosecutors are taking a former Utah Transit Authority board member to court for allegedly concealing assets from the government.  Terry Diehl was indicted yesterday on charges connected to a U.S. bankruptcy court filing.  Prosecutors say Diehl filed false statements and used a company run by family members to conceal assets from the court.  Among those assets was more than a-million-dollars in income related to a UTA real estate development deal while he was a member of the UTA board.Â
