The U.S. Forest Service is seeking public input as they are weighing different options for an updated forest management plan for the Manti-La Sal National Forest. The public comment period will last through Nov. 16 and you can find more information on the four proposals at https://www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=50121&exp=overview. The final virtual open house will be held Nov. 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and a link to that meeting can be found at https://www.fs.usda.gov/main/mantilasal/landmanagement/planning.
