Fire restrictions will be implemented beginning Monday, Aug. 17 on the Beaver Ranger District in the Fishlake National Forest. At the time of this implementation, the entire Fishlake National Forest will be under fire restrictions. These restrictions will be in place in place until Sept. 31, 2020 or until rescinded.
Restricted activities include:
No setting, building, maintaining, attending, or using open fires of any kind, included charcoal and briquettes outside of a fire structure that is provided by the Forest Service within a designated area.
No smoking, except within an enclosed vehicle or building, a developed recreation site, or while stopped in an area at least 3 feet in diameter that is barren or cleared of any flammable material.
