Feed Utah Day Happening Saturday

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Governor Cox is encouraging Utahns to participate in this weekend’s Feed Utah food drive. Cox said yesterday that the state has put money toward helping families in need, but says government can’t do the job alone. Donors can leave a bag of non-perishable food items on their doorstep before nine o’clock on Saturday morning and volunteers will pick it up during the event. Items can also be dropped off at the Utah Food Banks warehouses in Salt Lake and St. George, at Macey’s grocery store locations and at other participating food pantries and community sites.
