FBI Releases Details On Fatal Provo Shooting

(Provo, UT) — The FBI has released further information on an incident in which a Provo man was shot and killed by agents. Last week, FBI agents arrived at the home of 75-year-old Craig Robertson to take him into custody for making online threats against President Joe Biden. Robertson allegedly made the threats shortly before the president was scheduled to visit Utah. According to FBI officials, Robertson resisted arrest and pointed a gun at the agents, prompting them to fatally shoot him. The incident remains under investigation by the FBI’s Inspection Division.
