Father Arrested Following ATV Crash That Injured Toddler

(Sevier County, UT) — A father has been arrested for DUI following an ATV crash in Sevier County that left his 2-year-old hospitalized. Investigators say it happened Monday, when Jeffrey Livernois reportedly rolled his ATV on a highway, leaving the child pinned underneath. A couple passing by the scene helped free the toddler from underneath the vehicle, and he was taken to a hospital. Livernois reportedly admitted to officers that he used meth and marijuana before the crash, and he was arrested on charges of DUI, drug possession, and negligently operating a vehicle resulting in bodily harm. The child’s current condition isn’t known.
