One person is dead after a crash involving a car and a UTV in Richfield. Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Apr. 22, Richfield City Police, Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, Utah Highway Patrol and EMS responded to a crash at 1100 South Main Street. Police say a 54-year-old man was driving a side-by-side utility terrain vehicle north on Richfield Main Street. He attempted a left turn in front of a Hyundai, colliding with that vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the UTV, he was transported to the Sevier Valley Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the other vehicle and a pregnant woman passenger were taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries.
