(St. George, UT)  –  A St. George woman who police say was kidnapped by her boyfriend is okay and she has her teenage daughter to thank.  Police say the teen called police when she heard her mom scream yesterday evening.  They say they were able to catch up to Kenneth Dale Nielsen and the victim in the Little Valley area after Nielsen took the woman’s cell phone and her car keys.  He’s in jail on a 25-thousand-dollar cash-only bond for charges of theft, domestic violence and kidnapping.Â
