Today is election day throughout Utah.

Some counties are only allowing mail in ballots, like Sanpete and Beaver counties, but many counties are still allowing people to vote in person until 8:00 p.m. tonight.

In Sanpete county secure ballot drop boxes are available at the County Courthouse in Manti, as well as the city halls in Gunnison, Mt. Pleasant and Ephraim. Ballots must be dropped off by 8:00 p.m. and any sent in the mail on Nov. 5 or later will not arrive in time.

The option between in person voting and mail in ballots is available for Sevier, Piute, Iron, and Millard counties. Residents of Juab county must vote in person.

If you do live in a county that allows in person voting there is still time to register and vote before the day is over.
