(Cedar City, UT)  –  A man with a degree from Dixie State University will now be the school’s director of alumni relations.  John Bowler has been working as a development director at the school for two years and before that spent more than 20 years working in marketing and consulting in the Phoenix area, according to “Saint George News.”  The school said yesterday Bowler also served as student body president in his final year at the university in 1985. Â
