(St. George, UT) — Daylight saving time begins this weekend in Utah and almost every other state. The annual “spring forward” begins at 2 a.m. Sunday when clocks will be set ahead one hour to 3 a.m. Only Arizona and Hawaii don’t observe daylight saving time, along with American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
