(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utahns can expect long lines and some product limitations when they visit state-run liquor stores during the holiday season. The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control says supply chain issues have limited their stocks of some brands of champagne, cognac, tequila and beer. The agency says shoppers who can’t find their favorite national brands in store should try brands made locally. The DABC also recommends that shoppers avoid possibly long lines by shopping in the morning or at midday.
