One semi-truck driver is in extremely critical condition after an accident on I-70 Tuesday.
According to officers on scene following the accident, the truck was driving North on the highway. The driver was pinned behind the steering wheel after the truck went off the freeway between an overpass and ended up hitting the concrete underneath. First responders were able to get him out of the cab of that truck and into an ambulance.
A helicopter has been called to take the injured man to a hospital in Northern Utah. No names have been released.
The truck was carrying what looked like a carnival ride.
