(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah’s governor is asking for less partisanship and more cooperation between western states. Governor Spencer Cox addressed a workshop meeting of the Western Governor’s Association in Salt Lake City yesterday. During his remarks, he told the audience that state governments litigate rather than cooperate to solve problems, adding “we just get dumber every year.” He also called on President Biden and the Vice President to visit Utah and see the problems the state is facing as well as the solutions that it has implemented.
