(St. George, UT) — More COVID-19 cases were reported throughout Utah. Yesterday, the state counted over 43-hundred new cases from the holiday weekend, pushing the total over 524-thousand. School-age children made up 924 of those cases. About 31 new deaths related to the virus were added to the death toll, which is surpassing three-thousand. Currently there are 512 active cases in the Central Utah areas.
