A married couple is facing serious charges with drug-distribution after being pulled over on main street in Manti.

The husband, Alan Duwayne Lemon, 48, was charged with  two counts of distribution or arranging distribution of a controlled substance, which are both second-degree felonies. He is also charged with possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a third-degree felony, as well as use or possession of drug paraphernalia, which is a Class B misdemeanor.

His wife, Cynthia Ann Hazel Lemon, has been charged with one count of distribution or arranging distribution of drugs, a second-degree felony. She has also been charged with one count of possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a third degree felony, as well as driving with a measurable amount of a controlled substance in her body, which is a Class B misdemeanor.
