(Colorado Springs, CO)  –  A Colorado man is being praised for making an epic proposal to his girlfriend in Utah.  Michael Baker decided to take the lyrics of the Proclaimers’ 1993 hit “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)” literally.  A video posted to YouTube shows him walking the approximately 500 miles from Colorado Springs to Provo, Utah to ask girlfriend Tracie to be his wife.  The end of the video shows Tracie saying yes to Michael’s proposal.Â
