(Cedar City, UT) — A boy is in the hospital following an accident involving a water container in Iron County. The sheriff’s office says the child was in the back of a pickup truck Tuesday when he was pinned by the water container. The container had been strapped in but then broke off and slid into the boy, who authorities believe is about seven years old. He was taken to a St. George hospital by Life Flight after having numbness in his chest. The sheriff’s office didn’t have an update on his condition yesterday.
