Update: In a post to their Facebook page on the evening of Sept. 1, the Millard County Sheriff’s Office shared that Leo Celis has been located.

In a post to their Facebook page on Sept. 1, the Millard County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to keep an eye out for a runaway Juvenile.  They shared that Hugo Leonardo Celis-Ruibio, who goes by Leo Celis,  has not been seen since Aug. 30.

He is from the Sugarville area and it is unknown what he is wearing, where he went or who he  may be with. Anyone with information on his whereabouts area sked to contact the Millard County Sheriff’s Office at (435) 743-5302.
