(Salt Lake City, UT) — Despite happening on the other side of the country, the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore could impact supply chains in Utah. The bridge collapsed into the Patapsco River and Baltimore Harbor, halting shipments in one of the busiest ports in the U.S. While most shipments into Utah come from the West Coast, experts say anything being shipped in from the East Coast could be delayed for days or even weeks.
