(Salt Lake City, UT) — An AMBER Alert has been issued for three Utah children who may have been taken to South Dakota by their mother. Police say the three children were last seen in Salt Lake City with Conchita Leona Peralta. Peralta had been ordered to surrender custody of the children by a court, but police say she refused to do so. Peralta is thought to be in or headed to North Eagle Butte, which is in the west-central part of South Dakota.
