(Layton, UT) — Utah law enforcement is asking for help to locate a boy from Layton. An AMBER Alert was issued last night for 13-year-old Evan McConney. Investigators say the boy left his home to meet with Aaron Zemen, a 26-year-old from Arizona that McConney met through the internet. Law enforcement is looking for a white 1998 Toyota Avalon with a temporary Arizona tag. Anyone with information is asked to call Layton Police or dial 911.
