3 new COVID-19 cases in the Central Utah Health District

The Central Utah Public Health Department has confirmed three new positive cases of COVID-19 in the Central Utah Health District.

Two new cases were announced in Sevier County on Apr. 16 and one more was announced the next day in Millard County.

According to Nate Selin, health director for CUPHD,  all three cases are between the ages of 25 and 45 and were contacts to individuals from outside the Central Utah Health District who were later confirmed as COVID-19 positive.

It was also stated that none of the new cases are tied to other cases in the Central Utah Health District and that all three cases are recovering at home at this time.
