(St. George, UT) — What started as a normal traffic stop ended with an arrest and seizure of 50 pounds of meth. “Saint George News” reports the Utah Highway Patrol pulled Rudy Ramirez over last week and found the plates on the car didn’t match it. Investigators said yesterday after searching the Las Vegas man’s car, they found the methamphetamine hidden under trapdoors. Ruiz remains behind bars facing three charges, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
