(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah Department of Natural Resources is urging boaters heading out as the weather gets warm to be aware of the water’s temperature. They say water temps in northern Utah are still dangerously cold. They urge all boaters to wear life preservers, and to be aware that most reservoirs up north are still dipping into the 40s.
