(Cedar City, UT)  –  A Cedar City man is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after police say he videotaped a pre-teen girl while she used a shower.  Investigators say the girl was showering in Patrick Ward’s home and found the camera in the bathroom.  She told an adult who then informed police about it.  Ward is also facing child endangerment and drug counts in the case following his Tuesday night arrest.
