MEADOW, Utah (AP)-Per a report from KSL News Radio, a fatal incident in Meadow took the life of a motorcyclist Friday.

The motorcyclist, whose identity has not been revealed, was transported, via ambulance, to Fillmore Community Hospital and pronounced dead at the scene.
