(Mesquite, NV) – Starting tomorrow, marijuana will be legal to purchase at retail stores just 30 miles from Utah’s southern border. Nevada voters approved legal marijuana sales last November and the state’s Department of Taxation ruled earlier this week current medical marijuana dispensaries can sell recreationally. The Mesquite City Council declined to move a motion forward at their meeting earlier this week to place a moratorium on sales meaning a medical marijuana store in the city can begin sales as soon as tomorrow. Â
