Supercross has made a smooth return to racing, even without fans in the stands.

The circuit followed numerous safety precautions in Salt Lake City to protect against the coronavirus and had no issues in the first of seven races scheduled to complete the pandemic-delayed season.

The return went so well race officials have decided to move ahead with the outdoor season. The outdoor season will kick off July 18 in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
