Sevier County Deputies responded to the hot springs North East of Monroe for a lewdness complaint on Saturday.

According to the complaint, there was a couple bathing nude a the public location.

Deputies found the couple who said they had been to several other hot springs throughout the state and clothing was optional at those springs.

The couple was advised that nudity was not allowed on public property.

According to deputies, no citation was given.
