MESQUITE, Nev.-Crayton Hollingshead tripled and Jaren Bradshaw earned the win on the mound as the Beaver Beavers humbled Class 4-A Ogden 5-1 at the Mesquite Tournament Thursday.
Panther-Tiger Classic
HURRICANE, Utah-Tate Bagley’s 3 RBI led the way and Craig Remington netted six strikeouts in as many innings of work as the Sky View Bobcats downed North Sevier 7-1 Thursday at the Panther-Tiger Classic at Hurricane High School. Kagan Beckstead doubled in the loss for the Wolves.

FILLMORE, Utah-Bryson Barnes, Brett Beebe and Corbyn Dalton had 2 RBI apiece as the Milford Tigers pounded Millard 13-3 Thursday in non-region baseball action. Barnes also took the win on the mound for Milford. Hunter Rhodes had an RBI in defeat for the Eagles.
DELTA, Utah-Ty Tolley and Jake Jackson netted 4 RBI apiece, leading the Delta Rabbits to a 16-0 rout of Layton Christian in non-region baseball action Thursday. Austin Topham stepped up with 3 more RBI in the win for Delta.

Region 12
MONROE, Utah-Caleb Jenkins scored twice and the South Sevier Rams bested San Juan 4-1 Thursday in Region 12 boys soccer action. Andrew Northrup and Tanner Torgerson also scored in the win for the Rams. Travis Black found the net in defeat for the Broncos.
Region 14
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Luis Rodriguez amassed a hat trick as the North Sanpete Hawks blanked Union 4-0 in Region 14 boys soccer action Thursday. Dante Lowe also scored in the win for the Hawks. Mario Hernandez posted the shutout for North Sanpete.
LINDON, Utah-Carson Bailey posted a pair of goals and the Maeser Prep Lions humbled Juab 5-2 Thursday in Region 14 boys soccer action. Nathan Saez and Ryker Richards each scored in the loss for the Wasps.
Non-Region
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jackson Archibald scored twice and the Richfield Wildcats blanked Gunnison Valley 3-0 in non-region boys soccer action Thursday. Ben Evensen also scored in the win for Richfield. Ethan Costa and Spencer Christensen combined on the shutout for the Wildcats.

SALINA, Utah-Laynee Nielsen and McKylee Malmgren each homered and the North Sevier Wolves outlasted American Leadership 13-12 Thursday in non-region softball action. Kamree Brunson doubled and tripled for North Sevier. Jacy Crane added a pair of doubles, while McKayla Crane and McKenzie Brown also doubled in the win for the Wolves.
JUNCTION, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds clobbered Milford 18-3 in non-region softball action Thursdsay. Serena Sadillo had a pair of RBI in defeat for the Tigers.
LEHI, Utah-Ellie Cram tripled and Grace Humes earned the win in the circle as the Lehi Pioneers outlasted North Sanpete 13-12 Thursday in non-region softball action. Graciee Christiansen netted 6 RBI in defeat for the Hawks. Daryan Long also added three hits and 2 RBI in defeat for North Sanpete.
Girls Golf
Region 12
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats were dominant in the first tournament of the season by shooting a 311 as a team, beating second place Emery’s 405 by 94 strokes. Carbon finished third with a 409, followed by South Sevier, Grand and San Juan.
Individually Ellie Hair of Richfield won the tournament with a score of 75. Her teammate Piper Harris took second with a 77, and fellow Wildcat Bex Poulsen took third with a 79, followed by another Richfield golfer, Natasha Oldroyd with an 80 for fourth place. Rounding out the top five was Jordan Bianco of Carbon with an 83.
