A Richfield woman is now trying to warm-up after falling into stream in town early Friday morning.

According to authorities, the woman was driving her motor scooter onto a bridge outside Jorgensen Ford. She hit the corner wrong and fell into the frozen stream.

The woman told police she was in the water for about 10 minutes before a couple, who was passing by, noticed her and stopped.

She was helped out and her scooter was taken out with a forklift. Police took her home with no injuries.
