Millard County authorities are looking into the probably drowning death of a man in a hot spring.

Investigators were called to the Meadow Hot Springs late Friday after Shane Stewart dove into one of the hot springs and never resurfaced.

Emergency crews pulled the 49-year old out of the water but were not able to save him.

Investigators have not said why the believe Stewart never came up from below the surface.
