ORDERVILLE, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes clobbered Diamond Ranch 46-13 Thursday in the Region 20 tournament. The Buffaloes next face Panguitch Friday at 7:30 pm at South Sevier High School in the region semifinals. Diamond Ranch faces Water Canyon at 10:30 am Friday in the consolation bracket at South Sevier High School.
JUNCTION, Utah-Kelby Jessen’s 29 points led the Piute Thunderbirds to a 79-50 win over Milford in the Region 20 tournament Thursday. Zach Sherwood had 24 points in the loss for the Tigers. Piute next faces Bryce Valley Friday at 4:30 pm at South Sevier High School in the region semifinals. Milford faces Wayne Friday at 1:30 pm in the consolation bracket.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Paxton Wolfley and Ryker Hatch netted 15 points apiece as the Panguitch Bobcats smacked Water Canyon 58-40 Thursday in the Region 20 tournament. Devin Barlow netted 19 points in the loss for the Wildcats.
TROPIC, Utah-Treyson Roberts amassed 25 points and the Bryce Valley Mustangs gashed Wayne 56-44 in the Region 20 tournament Thursday. Jesse Webb had 9 points in the loss for the Badgers.
