SALT LAKE CITY (Oct. 27, 2018) — For the second straight year, the Snow College men’s soccer team has claimed the Region XVIII championship. On Saturday, the Badgers defeated Salt Lake Community College, 3-2, to win the title.

Snow defeated Southern Nevada, 2-1, in overtime on Friday in order to advance to Saturday’s final. The Badgers will move on to the District Championships, and will now prepare to play next Friday, Nov. 2, against an opponent yet to be determined.

The women’s team advanced to the Region XVIII championship game after defeating Utah State Eastern, 3-0, on Friday; however, the Lady Badgers’ hope for a Region title came to an end following a 2-1 loss to Salt Lake Community College.
