ST. GEORGE, Utah-Per a Tuesday announcement from the Dixie State softball program, there will be two camps later this month, a pitching clinic and an elite camp.

The pitching clinic will be Friday September 28 at Karl Brooks Stadium from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and costs $75 per camp.

This will feature instruction from Dixie State head coach Randy Simkins and select members of the 2018-19 Dixie State softball roster.

This is a camp for 9th-11th graders and will include high-level instruction in all areas of the game. All campers will be able to show their skills to coaches.

This camp is limited to the first 10 campers to register online at https://campscui.active.com/orgs/DixieStateUniversitySoftball#/selectSessions/2500601.

The elite camp is Saturday September 29 from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and costs $150 per camper.

All of the Dixie State softball staff will be on hand for this camp and again is limited to campers from 9th-11th grade.
