TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Per a Tuesday announcement, the Salt Lake City Stars will conduct tryouts September 22 at the SLCC Taylorsville campus.

Aspirants are to check in at Bruin Arena at 8:30 a.m. with the tryout to follow at 10:00 a.m.

The cost is $150 in advance and $200 at the door.

All those who tryout must be at least 18. Information for registration is available online at slcstars.com/tryouts.

Those who tryout must also sign a waiver, which consists of three registration forms. These are the local player tryout registration form, the LPT release eligibility form and the LPT medical consent and authorization form.

Space is limited and early registration is highly encouraged.

Representatives from the Utah Jazz and Salt Lake City Stars will be on hand as well as a trainer and medical services.
