The public open house for the Ephraim Utah Temple ended on Saturday. Over the past three weeks approximately 64,000 visitors attended the open house. The groundbreaking for the Ephraim Temple took place in 2022 after the LDS Church announced in 2021 that the Manti Utah Temple would be preserved with its historic pioneer design and craftsmanship. The temple will be dedicated Oct. 11 by Elder Ronald A. Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and will be open for temple patrons on Oct. 13. Following the dedication, the Ephraim Utah Temple will be the 26th operating temple in Utah.
