Needles District Of Canyonlands National Park Reopens

(Canyonlands National Park, UT) — The Needles District inside Canyonlands National Park is now open again. The district was closed for weeks due to the nearby Babylon Fire, but the area reopened at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. As of last night, the Babylon Fire burned over 107-thousand acres of land and currently stands at 95 percent containment. Additional areas are expected to be reopened over the next few weeks.
