Man Accused Of Killing Charlie Kirk Appears In Court

(Provo, UT) — The man accused of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk appeared in court yesterday in Provo. Defense attorneys for Tyler Robinson asked a judge to hold prosecutors in contempt claiming a spokesperson for the Utah County Attorney’s Office discussed evidence publicly on national television. Attorneys also argued over whether reporters and photographers should be allowed inside the preliminary hearing. The judge said he will issue rulings on both matters June 1st.
