GUNNISON, Utah-Payton Cummings drove in a pair of runs and the Grantsville Cowboys lassoed Gunnison Valley 13-3 in non-region baseball play Thursday. Riley Williams recorded a strikeout in 5.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Cowboys. Daxton Knudsen and Landry Edwards each had an RBI in the loss for the Bulldogs.

Softball

Region 14

NEPHI, Utah-Lexi Nielson drove in three runs and the Delta Rabbits surged past Juab 13-8 Thursday in Region 14 softball play. Mollie Blankenagel and Raylie Ballow each homered in the loss for the Wasps.

Non-Region

ENTERPRISE, Utah-Hadlee Holt and Alexi Walter each drove in a run and the Enterprise Wolves blanked Millard 6-0 in non-region softball play Thursday. Mylee Platt netted six strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wolves.

FILLMORE, Utah-Connor Stevens recorded a hat trick and the Millard Eagles routed Enterprise 6-1 in 2A South boys soccer play Thursday.

GUNNISON, Utah-Lennox Mechelke scored twice and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs outlasted South Sevier 2 (4)-2 (2) on penalty kicks Thursday in 2A South boys soccer play. Dante Madsen and Nerys De Jesus each scored in the loss for the Rams.
