SPANISH FORK, Utah-Korver Swenson homered and American Leadership stonewalled Millard 10-4 Wednesday in the non-region baseball battle of the Eagles. Travin Hales’ six strikeouts in four innings of work earned the win on the mound for American Leadership. Bodie Memmott drove in two runs in the loss for the Millard Eagles.

MONROE, Utah-Gus Ingram drove in three runs and the South Sevier Rams routed Enterprise 16-5 in Region 18 baseball play Wednesday. Wyatt Hunt drove in two runs in the loss for the Wolves.

Softball

Region 15

GUNNISON, Utah-Atley Coates and Rylee Bartholomew each homered and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs downed Millard 22-12 in Region 15 softball play Wednesday. Paityn Taylor and Maren Davies homered in the loss for the Eagles.

Non-Region

MILFORD, Utah-Lexi Hafen homered and the Beaver Beavers smoked Milford 9-3 Wednesday in non-region softball play. KaBella Low’s five strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Beavers. Krymzen Williams drove in a run in the loss for the Tigers.

SALINA, Utah-Saige Jensen drove in three runs and the North Sevier Wolves pounded Delta 13-1 in  non-region softball play Wednesday. Tesslee Quarnberg netted a strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wolves. Joslyn Christiansen drove in a run in the loss for the Rabbits.
