(Panguitch, UT) — Garfield County says a widely circulated development plan near Panguitch is fake. The proposal, shared online and in the community, claimed up to 60 homes, shopping centers, fitness facilities, a gated community, and other amenities just outside city limits, and suggested involvement with modular home manufacturer Zip Kit Homes. The county confirmed no such development has been submitted, approved, or authorized in any form.
