(Undated) — Utah Governor Spencer Cox is taking playful jabs at Notre Dame for opting out of the Pop-Tarts Bowl set for later this month. Notre Dame and BYU were reportedly invited to face off in the bowl game, but the Fighting Irish passed on the opportunity after it was not selected to compete in the College Football Playoff.
