CEDAR CITY, Utah-Monday, Southern Utah redshirt sophomore tailback Joshua Dye was named the UAC Offensive Player of the Week for his contributions to the Thunderbirds’ 28-21 win over Central Arkansas Saturday at Eccles Coliseum.

Dye ran for 181 yards and three scores on 39 carries while his touchdown runs set an SUU single season record with 25 rushing touchdowns during the win against the Bears.

Dye and his SUU teammates return to action Saturday at North Alabama to conclude the regular season for both squads.
